Our People
The health and safety of our employees, customers and vendors is our top priority. This commitment extends to the communities where our facilities are located, our services are performed and our equipment is operated.
Our policies, procedures and HSE initiatives meet or exceed all regulatory requirements. We empower every S&R employee with training, tools and management support to maintain a safe work environment.
S&R safety manuals are located at all of our facilities and on every jobsite.
Our safety manuals include training on:
  • Emergency Action Plans
  • Hazardous Chemical Safety
  • PPE Programs
  • Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
  • Fire Protection
  • Forklift Training
Additionally, we maintain a detailed database of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for products that we manufacture. These are always available to employees and customers upon request.

Board of Directors

Our seven board members bring an average of 20+ years of experience across multiple industries to their respective roles. Our CEO reports directly to the Board. Each board member is responsible for providing governance and oversight to the company as we build an environmentally- and financially-sustainable future.
